The observatory’s terms of use

Policy revised on 22 September 2026.

1. Who runs the observatory

These terms govern your use of nebuladriftlounge.com ("Nebula Drift Lounge", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of nebuladriftlounge.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility for the observatory

Only users aged 18 or over may use Nebula Drift Lounge, and using it confirms that you are 18 or over.

3. Observatory coins

  • Every game is played with virtual coins given free of charge.
  • Coins have no monetary value whatsoever; they are neither money nor credit nor property.
  • No coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and in-app purchases do not exist.
  • We offer no prize of real-world value.
  • The observatory may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Real-money gambling is not on the manifest

Nebula Drift Lounge neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling and carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your account aboard

  • Play requires a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
  • Your password is yours alone. Let us know immediately if anyone else has used your account.
  • Your account can be deleted from your account page at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible.
  • Where an account is used to disrupt the site, or we believe a person under 18 holds it, we may suspend that account.
  • You do not own coins, levels or missions as property. They belong to the account and may be reset.

6. How you may use the site

You must not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. Keeping the observatory running, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. The governing law aboard

These terms are subject to the law of England and Wales.

A free social casino from airlock to dome: no real-money gambling anywhere aboard.

Nebula Drift Lounge is open to adults aged 18 or over. Every world runs on virtual coins with no monetary value, and those coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. Nowhere on the observatory is there a coin shop or a payment page, no prizes of real-world value are offered, and doing well here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
